I’ve tried my breathing exercises, meditating, etc everything that normally helps my anxiety, but nonetheless the symptoms persist. As I’m sitting here, the back of my head is literally constantly tingling, and my legs arms and face have been tingling more often than not, especially on the right side of my body, sometimes painful, sometimes not. It usually comes and goes, but this week it’s begun to become more constant, making it hard for me to focus on anything else (thus why I’m posting this from work). One of the most frustrating symptoms I’ve had over the last several months is tingling/pins and needles/burning/whatever you wanna call it, sometimes painful, sometimes not, all over the body. I’ve had seemingly all the symptoms in the book, have seen several doctors and have had everything come back normal so far, but this week things are probably the worst they’ve been.
